Spouse Visa
Hi
Can any one help my friend with regards to spouse visa
My friend is engaged and is going to get married in Jan 2006, right know he
is in Aus. on PR.
He would like to know how he can process his spouse visa, what is the best
way to get her in Aus. faster.
His going to be spouse has MS in Computer Science from US University and at present working in India in a software firm.
My friend has recently gone to Aus. and is still in settling phase

I don't know the answer to this I'm afraid but you might want to ask this for your <ahem> *friend* on the Immigration forum too?
You may find some of the Migration Agents hang out in there and may be able to give you some great adivce.
