spouse skills work experience
 

Could anyone help me with a question about spouse skills points? I have read the general information booklet but am still not quite sure whether in order for me to claim the points, my spouse needs to have worked in his occupation (which is on the list of skilled occupations) for three out of the last four years, or whether two years (which he has at the moment) would be enough.

Also, he is my de facto spouse. This doesn't make any difference to the application, presumably?
