Sponsor asked to lodge Bond

Sponsor asked to lodge Bond
My sponsor has just been asked to lodge $3500 with the Commonwealth Bank - does anyone know how long after this is done I should get final approval?

Not Lodged yet.
We submitted our medicals and police checks at the end of March.
Finally got up enough courage to telephone Oz house 3 weeks ago and they said they were dealing with visas in our category over the next 8 weeks and that they would ask for the money to be lodged in this time, so your thread has given us some real encouragement that they must be working in our direction!!!

My application actually went in to Adelaide on the ICT fast track in Jan 02, and the Medicals/Police were rrequested at the beginning on June. Bond was lodged last Monday. Going to Sydney.

We lodged our bond at the end of May (28th) and the visa was granted at the end of June (27th).
