Dear all can you advice my wife is getting a visa through her work for me and the kids.
I am a cad technincan with no qaulifications but have doenthe job for 15 years do i need sponsership to work and will the above effect us getting full residency.

If you're wife is the main applicant on the visa then you dont need sponsership for you to get a job. What visa is your wife applying for?

is it a 745 visa i think or somethinglike that

its just when the year is up on tha visa do we apply for full residency .

as we want to move over permintly and dont know what to do as we wantr to do this on arrival

No, but some form of qualification paperwork will help. Employers now tend to look for people with a qualification certificate, degree etc, rather than someone with uncertified experience, regardless of how long someone has done the job.
