Spinning Class
 

Hi

I am looking to start a Cycle Spin class but just want a "pay as u go" deal do not want to join a Gym for a year. Can anyone recommend somewhere in Brisbane, preferably the south side?

Did you have any luck in finding a spinning class? We are hoping to move down to the Gold Coast later on this year (depending on a house sale). And the only form of excerise that we both enjoy is spinning, but hate the thought of joining a gym, so we were wondering the same thing?:)

Fingers crossed that something has turned up for you. Failing that one of us will have to get trained in spinning and set our own up!!:ohmy:
