spiders v roaches
I'm not much bothered by spiders as they tend not to do too much. They mostly tend to just sit there.
Now I'm not in a phobic way bothered by cockroaches either, but its the little buggers tendency to leap out of nowhere at lightening speed that never fails to scare the living daylights out of me. Its always when I least expect it, like when I'm fishing the cereals out of the cupboard first thing in the morning whilst half asleep.
I find the roach a much more irritating pest than any spiders.
I will of course review my position if a brown snake ever rears up out of the rice krispie pack.
btw - anyone ever seen that fella who bowls up to La Perouse every sunday with his bag of brown/tiger snakes? they are vicious beasties.

Does he collect them or release them? I didn't know there were tiger snakes in the area?

I wish I had roach eating spiders. Not many snakes in Bondi except on the surf.
