Can't understand why people get so wound up about speed cameras; if you don't speed you don't get fined. Simple!

If they don't get it with speed cameras they'll get it some other way, at least if you don't speed they won't get your cash.

The issue IS the speed limits, there way to low, if they upped them to something sensible then people wouldnt be speeding and there would be no revenue raised from cameras....

His response was drive at 120kph. At 100kph, he drove at 110kph.
After getting done a couple of times, you tend to expect to see cameras along roads and drive accordingly.

Cant believe some of these pathetic responses. What's wrong with you all? Have too much spare money and want to 'contribute' to an already greedy Gallop lead WA government?

The speed limits down there are too low. Everyone drives like old women (badly & slowly). Aussie cars are too powerful for the speed limits, you can buy a 5 litre Monaro, but you can only drive it at 110kph, pathetic. There is an argument around the world that speed cameras are a form of taxation. In australia this is totally the case.

A wise person once said there are only 2 things in life you can be sure about....death & taxes.
In this case, I guess some of us get off lighter on the taxes bit, than others...all by sticking to the law.

The road speeds are set by the Main Roads Department not the coppers. No one is forcing anybody to speed and get caught and pay fines. I just dont get caught
But seriously it is Breaking the Law. If you stole a 5 cent lolly from the shop you would be breaking the law and we all would down on that, so why is speeding any different?
