Special Migration Category
Has anybody used the special migration category that is for those who have lived at least 9 of their first 18 years of life in Oz? Our family left Scotland when I was two, we went to Perth. I left Perth when I was 20 and lived in Canada for 18 years, but never did get my citizenship in Australia prior to leaving. I am now back in the UK with my Canadian partner and our five children, and we want to return to Perth. He is a teacher, and with sponsorship of family etc., we have enough points to go that way, but have been told it's much quicker to go the route of me being main applicant and using the special category. Does anybody else have any experience of this category? Thanks!

Former Resident Visa Category
Yep, we've handled successful applications for the Former Resident visa category ... if you want to discuss how we might help please feel able to call my colleague John Sylvester on 023 80 488777.
As you might know already, details as to the requirements of this visa category are discussed here:

Best regards.
