Special Delivery
I posted our passports this morning at our local PO....it cost £8.10 (this includes the returns envelope as requested) for Special delivery. They should reach Australia High Commission by 12 noon tomoz...... money back guarantee - cant be bad!!!!
How long are the passports taking at the moment?

We posted our p/ports Wednesday 4pm and got 'em back Saturday 9.00am, duly visa'd. Special delivery!

We sent ours off for evidencing today, via our agent, and was told that theres a 10 day turnaround at the moment.

We sent ours off last Wednesday and were told around 5 working days, so with Easter we should be looking at the end of this week - will let you know.

Is this where the The High Commission is..... or where the Head Post Office is based?

£8.10 - thats what we paid! Nice to know the post office have their act together.
We posted off our passports last tuesday - now a week and not a peep but there was an easter break inbetween......

Got them! Postie delivered them this morning which is pretty good going - they only had them 2 working days!
It's fantastic, keep looking at them - especially the bit that says resident!
Yours could be back by Satruday at this rate!
