And as I said, if I were the buyer, the only thing this would incentivise me to do would be to walk away. I am not going to spend thousands of pounds on surveys and solicitors if I am likely to be gazumped at any time. There are other houses out there and most people do take the house off the market once an offer is accepted.

I am not stressed (today anyway!) just keep on remaining positive this will be the week it happens :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed: I have the shippers pencilled in for Monday and Tuesday of next week. Its the third time i have changed the date but they have been great. I have finished the sorting of the house after many hours of jet spraying and jeyes fluid by the truck load, its all you can smell when you walk in the door!
