Re: somebody stop me???????????
Good for you for quitting. 6 weeks is a fantastic length of time to go without a smoke.
Got to say that the vodka and coke probably doesn't help. I use to associate alcohol with smoking, so had to give up both for awhile. That's probably why I'm such a light weight now. One half in the Hare and Hounds and thats me done for.

Wow, you really know how to give yourself a hard time, don't ya!!
So its time to get some artificial relief!!
False nails and Nicotine patches might do the trick. And why not throw in some fake tan aswell. It always makes me feel better and you could imagine that you've just come back indoors from lying by that lovely new pool you've had installed in your back garden in Oz.
Ok, maybe its now time to stop popping the pills

Hi Lesley!
Just wanted to say well done for quitting smoking!
I know it must be hard but remember you will be giving yourself years and years more lifeyears to enjoy and soaking up the Aussie sunshine!
You could try a tai chi class or Qigong class. I have known some smokers who have been to these sort of classes and got themselves focused on quitting through doing these excersises.
Good Luck!
