Some help please on where to settle??
Hi everyone,
We are planning to move our family over to Perth at the end of this year/ beginning of next. We have 2 kids, a pink one and a blue one. Brodie is 10 and Rosie is 3. We have friends who stay in Beechboro and we are planning on staying with them initially, but were hoping to get settled somewhere ourselves quite quickly.
Can anyone help with some ideas of places to settle that would suit what we are looking for. ie- good schools, parks and sports for the wee boy, he is football crazy. nice affordable houses, not too far from the beach etc... looks like an unrealistic wish list now I'm reading it back ! (I hope not).
If anyone with has moved out and can offer us any advice on an ideal family location please let me know, the more the merrier.
Cheers Shona x

I think Mandurah is the best place to live. Been here six years and feel like we have really found the best place to be. All the people who visit us agree it is fantastic and had all the things you were looking for.

Thanks for the reply.
Just had a wee nosey at Mandurah, it looks lovely. How far away from Perth city is it? It looks quite far on the map. Just thinking of work etc.
Thanks for your help.
