My wifes father went to Australia during the 60's on the ten quid assisted immigration scheme. Anyway he was issued a passport while over there, it was issued by the British High Commision Canberra for 5 years. It says in it

Will this help us or make any difference to us wanting to apply for immigration to Australia?
