Sold our house today

Sold our house today
After being on the market 6 weeks with only 3 viewings things changed today when a ex-neighbour spotted our house for sale.After a phone call to his best mate and partner, we had a nice offer & sold 
. Now we just need our visas!!!!! 
When they will come is anyones guess.Good luck to anyone selling.

Thanks for all your replies , and all the best for those who are trying. Just hope the visa will come before we exchange, or it's in with the IN-LAWS for a few weeks!
