Sold House .............thank God !!!!
Finally sold the house.
Seems to all be dependant on price at the moment.
We dropped to an irresistable price and had 4 offers in a couple of weeks.
Fingers crossed it all goes through ok.
Been on market since Feb / March.
Booked flights last night as well, seem very reasonable at the moment £1735.00 for 3 adults and one child with Singapore.
Arrive on 24th August (can't wait)

Congratulations, pass your good luck on, we've been on the market since March, got a viewer coming tomorrow for a second viewing so everything crossed (this bloody house selling, lark is a real pain).
