The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide study design and statistical support for a wide range of research projects. The incumbent will utilize their extensive experience designing studies and conducting statistical analyses to support an advanced analytic team that, on its own and/or in collaboration with staff and/or industry, conducts cutting-edge, applied quantitative social research. The incumbent will be responsible for: working with the University to set up and maintain a secure computing environment; training staff and students in data handling and analysis; actively pursuing competitive grants and contracts to build and support the team; assisting the department to train research higher degree students in study design and applied statistics.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
