Well it's all going spookily smoothly, sold our house for 2k less than the inflated asking price! (move out mid june into rented).
Skills been assesed by agent (Gomatilda...bloody good bunch) they say ok prob deeming date 03/95 . Got police checks back in only three weeks . Booked meds for 3rd july only £600 for 4:scared: :scared: . main app and sponsor stuff all sat waiting for skills to come back ok then its just the wait for the visa (139).
Good luck to you all what ever stage you're at.
If there are any 14 to 18 yr old offspring who are in turmoil at the thought of going, my 16 yr old Stephi would like to hear from you spesh if you're heading for Adelaide, but all would be welcome ,Ta

Hi Crossy, as you probably know we are heading for adelaide arriving 2nd July.

Signing the contracts tomorrow ready to exchange this week, and complete on 27th June. So so far going to plan this end.

Unfortunately a place we thought we might buy has just been withdrawn off the market in oz and the number of new properties coming on seems to have slowed down.

Anyway still all set and feeling more positive when the dollar crept briefly back above 2.5 earlier today.

When are you hoping to go and to which bit? Happy to help!

Hi Mash, my brother and his wife live in Brooklyn park so we're staying with them till we find our own place, we would like somewhere a bit further out as we live in a tiny village now and you get used to peace n quiet A s for when it will happen ........well tomorrow would be good but it's in the lap of the gods (this means you ASPC !!) once alan and his team have done their bit. I'll keep you informed and maybe we'll get a cold one over there before xmas eh?
