Yes I went skiing in Perisher & blue cow in August apparently it was a rubbish season but we got lucky and they had a lot of snow the day before we went. We stayed in jindabyne which was quite nice

Yes my cousin is a seasonal instructor there. He also lives in Jindabyne. We went to visit him when the snow was heavy. Its a different type of snow to the UK though, more finer.

You could try www.perisherblue.com.au but the season is closed now for this year (which wasn't a very good one!). They webcams are probably turned off now but it will have info on accommodation and stuff.
