hevs

I walked up to the post office to collect my mail this morning and instead of the usual bills etc i got two letters from friends back in blighty. They both have computers and have e mailed me those usual two paragraph "glad to see you're settling in well, how hot is it" type things, but there is nothing like opening a letter and getting pages and pages of girlie news and gossip.
I think that living in this high tec world we all forget the simplest of things in life really mean a lot, I havn't had any proper letters like these in ages, long may it continue it thouroughly made my day
