Smuggling
I have only been here 6 weeks and getting confused. So let me get this right - it will cost you your life to smuggle heroin, 20 years in prison for ecstasy (unless you wear a veil and cry crocodile tears in which case you will be out in 3 months) but budgie smugglers are actually encouraged.
