Default SMH Good Food Guide

Good to see 2 Bondi restaurants up there in the top echelon. Seans Panorama and the Icebergs are excellent places to eat. Shame I haven't got more cash to eat there more often. Anyway if you want a treat in Sydney the above list is where to go. Normally you have to pay for the book so C&P now.

What the hats mean

One hat

Exceptionally good and highly recommended, serving food that either is a great example of its style or attains unusual highs.

Two hats

Truly special food, with a magic to the space (even if it's simple) and great service.

Three hats

The ultimate. Benchmark restaurants that defy the imagination by making superlative food that is served by incredible waiters.
