Honda Jazz does the trick Rear seat has a split system and both can actually fold away with legs tucked underneath thus forming a much bigger boot space if necessary with only the front seats remaining. I will put a couple of photos on tomorrow of the different configurations

Here we go looks something like this. As you can see either one of the back seats can be placed in normal mode if required

We have an Xtrail as well which was bought for camping but there's not much between the 2 regarding internal space for stuff
