Short answer: No.
Long answer: there is, as Quokka (cute name..!) said, a business migration programme. This incorporates the business and investor categories. As long as you can show a successful overall business or investment career, or have been employed in a senior executive position in a larger company, you may be eligible. Check out the business migration booklet (booklet 7): http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/1132.pdf
