If anyone is trying to follow the diet 'Slimming World' whilst living here in Australia, but is having trouble, pop on over to Facebook and join my 'Slimming World in Australia' group. We have over 60 members now and a few are already at target weight, so it is doable. I've been at target 6 months today and find it the easiest 'eating plan' in the world to follow, even here in Oz!

I will have to pop over, my niece runs a group in the North East and she has done very well with it.

Lost over 4 stone while attending SW classes before we came out here. Got the slimmer of the year for my group which chuffed me to bits
:
Unfortunately have 'found' a lot of the weight since moving here
but will jump on your page and see if that will get me motivated.

That's brilliant and well done for maintaining. I lost 65kg using a lot of SW techniques and recipes and have maintained for over 3 years. I may pop on over too.

I definitely do feel better. I weigh between 48-50kg now and maintained this weight for the past three years and feel brilliant. I gained a lot during my twin pregnancy and kept gaining weight afterwards due to a medical condition.

We've nearly 300 members, and it's a very active group! Come join us ladies! Oh, and while we're on the subject, I've been at target for 18 months now, so it is possible to do the SW eating program here in Oz!
