Skills Assessment
Hi All,
Does anyone know of or has had themselves a dodgy skills assessment??
I mean that if the verifying body can't match your quals exactly to the Australian Quals what happens next?
Can you still submit your migration application pack with the "dodgy skills assessment" - and does DIMIA take work experience into account where Vetassess don't.
My friend has been waiting 5 months for a skills assessment from vetassess and she has asked for a written skills assessment from them whether it be good or bad since she has paid for a "written skills assessment" they are not responding to her requests.
They have been in contact over the 5 month period about her quals so they do have the application. She cannot submit her migration application without a skills assessment and her husband is 45 in July so time is running out for them. They are hoping to apply - skilled designated area sponsored and have everything else ready to go.
The skills assessment was sent to vetassess on 1st Sept 2003 and acknowledged 7th Sept 03.
