Skilled Shortage Occupation

If you are applying for skilled migration do you have to have sat exams etc in your skill and hold a qualificationor would 5 years work experience and a letter of confirmation from your employer be sufficient?

obviously it depends on your skill. For most trades though, 5 years experience is sufficient for the TRA.
