Skilled Migration form 47sk
 

Hi All

I am new to filling out the application form for skilled migration to Australia.
I hope you can answer a question for me.
I am applying as the primary applicant with my partner as a de facto spouse.
I am having an issue with part J of the form that is the checklist for all documents required.
It is the statement that falls under the "Other Documents" section where it asks for 4 passport size photos of all family members of the family unit whether migrating or not.
Who encompasses the family unit? Neither I nor my partner have any dependents of any description.

Its you & your partner.

If you had dependents (migrating or not) you would need to submit photos for them too so just you two as you've described it.
