Hi ,

I have recently applied for the above class of visa.
My question is:
If and when my visa is granted, how long do I have before I have to enter Australia and "activate" the visa?
Some people have said I would have 12 months whereas others say its just 6.

My agent said 12 months from the date of the Police check & medicals, whichever is the earlier. Assuming 3 months processing of those before you get your visa that leaves 9 months.

We were granted the same visas a couple of weeks ago and we only have less then 5 months to enter the country and activate our visas which strangely enough might be 12 months after they received our Police checks like the other guy said ... but who knows ?
