When we got the confirmation that our application had been received the letter said it had been assigned to Skill Team One, anyone in the UK (or elsewhere ) know what that is? Sounds like a pool of people who deal with the case.

If you write to "skilled team one" can you tell them to hurry up cos they're the same
shower that's assigned to me! 6 and a half months and still waiting for them to open
my application pack...

I'm a gas service engineer being sponsored by my cousin in Melbourne. Single, no ties
and enough money. For all I know my application is in the emergency use only tray in
the Embassy bog :) If you're not on the in-demand list, they like to keep you
guessing....
