Hi guys...I was recently approved by a state for the sir visa and they returned to me the form 1244 signed and approved by the state govt. (I received it back end of january 2005)..however i will NOT actually apply to adelaide for the SIR visa until july 2005 ..will adelaide have a problem with me delaying for 6 months between receipt of form 1244 and actual application? ..ps reason for delay is to finish my third year of recent work expereince for the 10 points) thank you for anyone who can give me advice or their opinion[/B]....

They seem to change all the rules and points system on a regular basis...so they might change them for the worse in your case...they might supend the SIR VISA scheme or change the points again . But hey the points could go down as well as up but I doubt it...!!!!!
