Smile Sir Visa -

Hi - Fellow Aussie Bound Wannabes

We are waiting for my hubbies TRA skills assessment to come back - hopefully with a positive result. Then we shall be applying for nomination in the regional areas. But I have a question regarding age.

My husband is 43 yrs old and would be the main applicant. However, I am 45 in September this year. Is it only the main applicant who has to meet the criteria for being under 45 yrs of age at time of applying - or does my age mean that we are not eligible after my birthday in September? Any advise would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Thanks for your reply Debs - relief to know that we can still apply without worrying about age.
We sent our TRA off on 07 May - so hopefully it won't be too long before we get a reply. Fingers crossed that when we do it will be positive. Good luck with yours too.
Why does it have to take so long!!!!! We are impatient to get to next stage of the process.
