Default Sippy Downs/Chancellor Park - any comments?

Any opinions on the above areas? We're hoping the kids will eventually go to uni but don't want just this factor to be the area we move to. Any opinions would be very much appreciated!

Sorry but a massive housing estate (will be several thousand), with high % of rental homes, lovely access to the highway tho.

The uni is on the boundary of Sippy/Buderim, buderim is 100% nicer, loads of threads on it if you search.

Yikes!! Many thanks for that! Will look towards Buderim...have done a search & seems like a lot of people are heading there. Schools seem to be well thought of too, many thanks for your reply
