Please someone help.

I have been trying for the past hour to find information about the Ambassador Transit Hotel at Changi airports terminal 3. Found a couple of websites but they don't appear to be working.

Just want to know about the facilities and how to book a room for a few hours.

I've stayed there - it's nice. You have to book for a minimum block of 6 hours. If the T3 hotel is fully booked (it's popular) then book into the hotel in T1 or T2. You can walk between the terminals as they are all interconnected. The hotels in T1 and T2 have budget rooms too which don't have en-suite bathrooms. The communal bathrooms/showers are superb and kept very clean. I've booked a budget room in the T2 hotel for the stopover on my trip to South Africa next week.

You can also have a quick snooze, shower, etc., in some of the lounges. Depending on how long you'll be there, it may work out the cheaper option.

The airport website has details, although they've also been mentioned on a thread here recently.
