Singapore Airlines - online check in
How do you check in online 
I put all our details in etc and it just says
We are sorry we can't check you in as you have not cleared Australian Advance Passenger Processing.
Anyone got any idea's.

Figured it out
Hubby's visa has the wrong date of birth
Good job we tried to check in now and did not leave it until we arrived at the airport.
They've e-mailed Canberra and hopefully it will be sorted :scared:

we have just booked our flights to Adelaide but unfortunately not going until october. Did you choose your seats online or are you just sitting where they put you ?

I'm hoping that we can choose them when we finally get to book in on-line. Although we can't do that until the airline hears back from Canberra.
Will let you know if you can, when I get to that stage

Yes, you get to chose your seats from the seating plan when you check in

We used Online check in but you can only do it 48 hours in advance.
