Sim Free Phones In Australia

Hi all.

Is it easy to buy sim-free mobile phones in Australia?

If so, are brand new phones normally sold sim-free from release are does it take some time for them to be offered sim-free?

It has been awhile since I have been in a mobile shop but you shouldn't have too many problems finding a sim-free handset, most of them will be more than happy to sell you one at full retail instead of free with a contract
