I just find it bizarre that a Welshman from West London does not empathize with those qualities of human life.
But you do sound bitter, I'm assuming it hasn't worked out for you. Plenty of people I know live and work in the Perth area and love it....we all have different tastes.

perhaps but just wanted to show that from a few suburbs picked out randomly, over 2000 properties for less then $450K, sure there are many many many more in other suburbs, so hardly a case of not being able to buy anything for less than $450K
