Sibbling Information for GSM form

Sibbling Information for GSM form
Help!!! we are trying to fill in the 47SK GSM form and it asks for all siblings date of births. I don't see my family any more and therefore cannot ask for this information, has this happened to anyone else? Do I just say unknown or should I just make it up!!!!

just try putting down the year, its got to look a bit better than "unknown"
if this isnt known, just put down down a rough date

Yes thanks.
I put down that I didn't know my sister or brothers DOB as I hadn't seen them since I was 8. I just put a little note in with the application.
Also had to tell them that I didn't know my Dad's DOB as he is now dead. Hope that helps
