You need to start by finding out if you're eligible for a visa

yes visas all good, done quite a bit of homework,just wanted to make sure cover everything and thought the best way would be a check list. maybe things people didnt take into account when moving over

Right here is a good place to start your check list.... There have been several during the years.... Things to do before you leave.... Things to do whe. You arrive.... Use the search facility

How far along the visa process are you? When are you planning on getting here? and where are you coming to?

Don't know until you try as they say if you don't like it then you can return.

Do you mean a 175 and 176?

Can't help with any of your questions regarding a visa as you have children who are citizens, you may be better off asking on the immigration forum.

Are you aware that the points test is changing later this year? If so, will you qualify then?

New points test criteria

Best of luck with the move - if you don't try you'll never know! We're in NZ for a year and all going well we will probably try to stay longer.

:fingerscrossed::)
