should we or shouldn't we?
What we want to know is my Oh passport runs out in 18 months. We emigrate in May should we renew it before we go? what happens if we dont? would we be able to get a passport there? etc any info would be much appreciated.

He had 5 months remaining on passport, so couldnt return to Oz, without renewing it.
Problem occured at check in, as visa was in old clipped passport, and new passport hasnt got visa in.
Having then spent 20 mins going thru his smalls in his case, we found the passport.
Then another 40 mins checking in.
So YEAH ! do it now, its only about 94 or 106 quid i think

You can get passports issued from Canberra so I wouldn't worry too much about getting one now.
