I know hundreds of people have asked but I've checked out previous threads and still can't find info. Please help us!!!
We're looking for short term ( 4 weeks ish) furnished houses/apartments around Brisbane (north) from May1st 07. I've checked out Brisbane Bound and seqrents but can't find anything else which doesn't cost a fortune. I tried destinationbrisbane as recommended but they've shut down. Can anyone esle recommend/suggest anything??

Did you look at Quest apartments or is Caloundra too far out of Brissie for you? We exchanged on the house today and we have brought our flight forward, leaving next weekend now!

Hi, Don't stress out so much yet! Don't worry something will turn up at the right time, its very early days yet.

We arrive in Brisbane two months today and we have nothing sorted yet! Every place I phone is either booked up or will not book until nearer the time. At the end of the day it will be easy to book into a furnished holiday home or even a hotel for maybe two weeks or so and in that time you will have found a more permanent (6 month) unfurnished rental. The decision then is to eitherhire a furniture package (some companies do this in Aus) or 'camp' in the new rental until the container arrives.

Don't worry you will find somewhere
