Short Term Furnished Lets
Hi,
We should be arriving in Melbourne at the end of Sept. Does anyone know of any short term furnished lets? Preferably in the Elwood area, or bayside suburbs.

We're heading to Melbourne early next year, so we would also appreciate any information on short term lets.

I am also moving to Melbourne mid september, I have heard it is quite easy to rent flats out there, but I would also be grateful for any information on renting a flat/apartment out that's furnished and near the city center. Do we need to provide references, bank account details, etc before we rent or is a bond sufficient enough?
Are there any rental agencies that anyone would reccommend?
