Short term accomodation in Sydney

Short term accomodation in Sydney
I'm paying about AUD 280 per week to stay in a hotel while I'm stuck in Sydney at the moment. Does anybody know of where I might get a better deal for short term lets? The hotel is fairly alirght, small room, decent en suite, not a terrible area, 30 mins walk to the quay, clean but definitely at the budget end of the market. It's 4 nights a week I'm after.
