Default Short term accomodation - Mountain Creek area

Hi

I have done a search on the forum and found 2 places that do short term rentals in the Mountain Creek area (Trafalgar Towers and Camarque apartments). Does anyone know of any others that are reasonably priced?

Hopefully only need it for 1 or 2 weeks until we find a longer term rental.

Will be arriving about 12th October

Hi Kevin
We are going out to the Sushine Coast early Sep, subject to our house sale, and have found these holiday rentals near to Mountain Creek.

http://www.coralsea-apartments.com/
http://www.alexapartments.com/media-gallery.htm
http://www.maroochytourism.com/acc_res.htm

I hope this helps, it's hard to know what you are going to get until you are there.
We want something not too far from Mountain Creek that has accommodation for 4 of us and is fully furnished. It would be handy to have Internet access as well for contacting family and moving money etc.

Oct is a good time to go as you will miss the School Holiday and the rates should be better.
Good luck in finding something
Dave

Those apartments are in the maroochydore, alexandra, mooloolaba area not mountain creek. There are no high rise blocks in mountain creek more houses.

Whats probably happened is the entire alexandra headland, mooloolaba area, is all only about 4klm from mountain creek and saturated with holiday apartments, your talking under 5 minute drive, so probably suit most people just fine. Both of those are pretty old towers tho, just search holiday lets in mooloolaba those and a few zillion more will come up.

Kawana and maroochy library will do internet access, or internet cafes in kawana, mooloolaba etc

I have since done a search on Realestate and there are loads of places for about $300 a week (holiday rentals). The others mentioned on here are $600 - $800 a week

Is there any reason for the price difference?
