Short term accommodation Brisbane region

I have just done a search for holiday accommodation and even the caravan parks seem expensive when you compare it to an actual rental ? what is that all about?

Does anyone know anyone or anywhere that won't be costing us more than about $700 per week that sleeps 6
When we went out to Sydney we found somewhere for the same price as the house we ended up renting $700 pw - it was nothing flash but comfortable and with some good views.
