Hi,
We are moving to Coff's Harbour (between Brisbane & Sydney)on 18th March I have managed to get an apartment for 3 weeks for $1000.
If you do a search for real estate agents in the area you want to go and have a look at their houses to let you will find that they cost from $210pw upwards. Try www.realestate.com.au

Hi there,

As far as I am aware the three month accomodation is limitied to South Australia and doesn't exist in Queensland. Sue's comment about real estate agents is probably your best start.

Regards

Ginny

A 3 month rental will be rare to find ... you may have to settle for a short term holiday rental or a longer 6 or more likely 12 month term. Try these sites

http://www.rentalhotline.com.au/web/...rch/search.asp
http://www.dixonpartners.com.au/mainmenu.htm
http://www.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin...nf=rms-bri&so=

http://www.brisbanecitylife.com.au/b...ne/default.htm
http://brisbaneexchange.com.au/pages/5000.html

Keep in mind the Gold Coast is not much more than an hour or so away by car or train. (More holiday style accomodation onb the coast)

there quite a few furnished apartments in and around Brisbane - ususally one or two beds. All the big companies use them for employees transferring interstate to put them up for a month or two until they find their own place. Medina springs to mind at the foot of the story bridge but there are others. they all charge like a wounded bull say $500 a week but if its only for a few weeks thats not always the major issue.

do a search on serviced apartments or furnished apartments brisbane and you should find a few

We are renting temporary furnished accommodation in Brisbane. We are in the Albion/Clayfield region because that's where the kids are going to school. You can rent any length term

The accommodation is a furnished 3 bed unit. There are 1 and 2 bed units for between $200 and $300 a week here. There is a pool in the complex and for short term needs its perfect. The lady managing the units is fantastic and so helpful.

Her name is Pat Eade and she can be contacted on 00617 3862 2683.

One of the units is currently for sale and can be viewed at http://www.realestate.com.au property number 1603337

It'll give you an idea what they are like

good luck
