A trip to Kemmenys and thankfully we now have a case of Amber Ale and 2 bottles of wine.

Hurrah! I hope you've learnt a lesson and now keep an emergency supply. Don't want you starting on the lighter fluid!

I've somehow got myself into one of those:
No booze
No cigarettes
No coffee

For ALL of February :scared:

I didn't realise on the 1st of Feb that we'd left January yet, and by then I was half way into a glass of wine, so I thought I'd may as well have a fag.

Then on Feb 6th we went to a good friend's engagement dinner, and 'just one drink' soon turned into 6, and 5 cigarettes....but other than that I've stuck to it!

Nara if you last a month without ciggies and you don't kill your boyfriend when you have PMT I reckon you could give it up totally.

All part of the joys of quitting. I found all those who scabbed cigarettes in the past wanted me to fail so tried tempting me to keep their emergency supply available.

Smokers are a dieing breed, they need to keep up their numbers.
