shipping question ?
Quick question.....
Our house sale is going through, and if the normal expected time frame is to be believed, then it should complete somewhere in the middle of August. Now, what is the quickest period of time that we can expect, between contacting a shipping company and the date for them to come an pack and take the stuff away that people have experienced ?
We reckon we would have a maximum of about four weeks, would this be enough time to get this sorted out ?

Hi
We contacted www.crownrelo.com and they came out the next week. We decided to go with them and informed them the following day ( had some good recommendations from this site ) Packers were in the following week and out in the same day. 2 weeks from start to finish. Our container has now left Rotterdam on route to Melbourne.
best of luck

Hi, we are just in the process of getting quotes. We leave in 4 weeks. Crown couldn't fit us in! PSS, Robinsons, Fox and John Maison have all been round now, just waitng quotes back. We have 2 back so far, taking an average of a week to come back. We have told them we need to get quotes back soon. We need to ship our stuff in 3 weeks!! Just hoping they can fit us in!!
Good Luck
Marie
