The best thing is to do a search on the forum for companies that you may be considering as they've been discussed at length recently. As a very quick guide John Mason, White and Company, Excess and PSS have got reasonable reviews whereas Allied Pickford's and Anglo Pacific have had some terrible reviews recently!

We emigrated out to the Sunshine Coast 6mths ago, we used John Mason absolutly fantastic service nothing was damaged and we had some really expensive furniture and antiques too, we got 3 quotes and we even got them to come right down on there price.

Hi we received ur shipment 2 weeks ago and everything was good even our telly arrived in one piece we used atlantic international movers who were brilliant as we had to stall them a couple of times and when we finaly did get them to coe and pack we had another hiccup and had to ask them to store our things for us which they did for a charge of £10 a week they used kent to deliver our stuff here and the 2 guys who came were really helpful and friendly(all we did was make them a coffee and they treated us like best mates). as i say would deffo recommend them they kept us informed all the way.
