shipping company
Hi,
just had to write this about our shipping company, i think ***** pathetic describes them well. they packed our belongings and transferred them to brisbane and although we had a number of breakages we are not covered by their insurance, not there responsibility! we also paid a further insurance premium to make sure we were covered for any expensive items should we lose our entire shipment e.g. ship sinking but still not covered. the way they have dealt with the whole process of our claim has been frustrating and time consuming. they also couldn't give a dam when i told them i would put our experience on british expats! the end of the e-mail i received this morning said i am now out of the office until 15 september! what service thank you ***** pathetic. you know who i mean the company who specialise in shipping between england and the pacific!:curse:
