Default shipping a car - process once it gets to OZ?

Hi - we're shipping a car and scooter from NZ to Sydney. We've got the import permits sorted and we think we've worked out what to do next, but can anyone who's done it, just outline the main steps once the vehicles arrive in OZ (from paying duty to customs onwards) - and any pitfalls/make it easier tips?

One thing we're really trying to find out is whether or not there is any paperwork that allows you to drive the vehicle from the port to the testing station/weightbridge or whether you must use a towey?

Any advice gratefully recieved
